Shipping policy

 

The standard production time for Tremoya orders is within 2-5 business days. During holidays, the production time may also be extended. Tracking information will be sent to the email or phone number you provided at checkout, once your order has been processed. Please allow up to 3 business days for tracking information to be updated.

Please note, Tremoya is not responsible for packages that gets delayed during shipping, lost in transit, theft or damaged. Please be sure to provide a safe and secure shipping address when checking out.

 

Wrong address disclaimer: It is the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct shipping address when placing an order. All packages will be shipped according to the address that is provided when checking out. We are not responsible if your package gets lost in transit or returned due to undelivered/incorrect address.

If after you place an order and your shipping address is incorrect, please email us at support@tremoya.com to provide the correct address before your order is processed for shipping. We will try our best to make the necessary updates, however we cannot guarantee that we will do so.
